Refund policy

At SalemShirts.com, we want you to be completely bewitched by your spooky shirt purchase. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:

Returns

We don't do returns, just like witches don't do broomstick recalls. We do make an exception for damaged items, so if your shirt arrives looking like it was cursed by a Salem witch, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work with the print-on-demand service to cast a spell that will get you a replacement.

Refunds

Once the print-on-demand service receives the damaged item and confirms the issue, they'll whip up a potion that will process a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the potion to brew and the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges, because once you've chosen your perfect spooky shirt, it's like finding the perfect coven. If you want a different shirt, you'll need to return the original one for a refund and then brew up a new order.

Exceptions

We don't accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged item. All sales are final, except as otherwise provided in this refund policy or as required by the spirits.

Changes to Our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the most current version of our refund policy, or face the wrath of the Salem witches.
